Banquet Room Menu
Thank you for choosing the Door County Fire Company to hold your upcoming event! We take pride in making sure your event is memorable, stress-free, and exceeds your expectations. Below you will find menu information and pricing to help you build your banquet.
Fresh Fruit Platter $75
16” (18-20 servings) of a variety of fresh, seasonal fruits.
Vegetable Platter $75
16” (18-20 servings) of a variety of fresh, seasonal vegetables.
Cheese & Cracker Platter $65
16” (18-20 servings) of any combination of Swiss, cheddar, pepper jack, or gouda cheese arranged with a variety of crackers.
Summer Sausage Platter $75
16” (18-20 servings) of in-house sliced and fresh summer sausage.
Meatballs $80
Full tray (120) of meatballs in your choice of Swedish, Italian, or BBQ.
Bruschetta Platter $75
16” (18-20 servings) of toasted French bread rubbed with garlic and olive oil, topped with a blend of tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and basil.
Wings $20/dozen
Your choice of plain, buffalo, barbeque, teriyaki, Thai Chili, or garlic parmesan with a choice of ranch or bleu cheese as dipping sauce.
Sliders $6 Per Sandwich
Choose from barbeque pork, Italian beef, turkey/ham and cheese, or burgers on a miniature Kaiser roll. (This could be served as a build-your-own or premade buffet. Add sides of lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles for an additional $1 each.)
Potato or Tortilla Chips $40
16” (18-20 servings) of house-fried potato chips seasoned with our house-seasoning. House-fried tortilla chips sprinkled with Kosher salt.
Salsa or Queso $30
Large bowl (18-20 servings) of our zesty house-made salsa or smooth and spicy queso.
French Fries $60
A full tray of our french fries sprinkled in our house seasoning.
Salad Bowls
Large bowl (18-20 servings) of our classic garden, summer, Caesar, or Cobb salads with your choice of any two dressings.

Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onions, shredded parmesan cheese, & seasoned croutons.
Summer $70
Spring mix, sliced turkey, candied pecans, dried cranberries, sliced cucumbers, bleu cheese crumbles, and seasoned croutons.
All meals are served buffet style unless otherwise requested and include house-made garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, sauteed vegetables, dinner rolls, & butter.
Family Style: Our talented banquet staff will deliver bowls of your menu selections to each table for your guests to serve themselves. Add $2 per person.
Plated Service: The banquet staff will plate your dishes ahead of time and deliver them to each guest. Add $3 per person.
